The basement floor includes a gym, a large en-suite bedroom, a laundry room, and a storage room. Despite being a lower level, it benefits from abundant natural light through high-ceiling windows.
The rental includes the services of a live-in housekeeper who handles daily cleaning, check-in/check-out, laundry, and—if requested—cooks one meal a day. If guests opt for this service, the villa’s capacity will be 8 people, as the housekeeper occupies the basement bedroom.
